Understanding the Notification Center
Manage all your notifications from the bell icon.
Accessing Notifications
Click the bell icon in the top-right corner of the dashboard. A badge shows the count of unread notifications.
Notification Types
| Type | Description |
|---|---|
| Alert fired | One of your alert rules triggered. Shows condition, threshold, and summary. |
| AI anomaly | Lognitor AI detected something unusual proactively. Shows severity and analysis. |
| AI prediction | AI detected a trend heading toward a problem. |
| Comment | A team member annotated a log entry. |
| Usage alert | You're approaching your plan's log or AI credit limits. |
Managing Notifications
- Click a notification — navigates to the relevant page (alert, error, log entry)
- Mark all read — clear the unread badge
- Clear read — remove read notifications from the list
- Load more — paginate through older notifications
Auto-Refresh
Notification counts refresh every 30 seconds. You don't need to reload the page.
In-app only
The notification center shows in-dashboard notifications. Email and webhook notifications are configured per-alert and delivered independently.
