Upgrading or Downgrading Your Plan
Change your plan to match your current needs.
Upgrading
- Navigate to Billing in the sidebar.
- Review the plan comparison.
- Click the plan you want to upgrade to.
- Confirm payment details.
- The upgrade takes effect immediately — your new limits are available right away.
Downgrading
- Navigate to Billing.
- Select a lower plan.
- The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
What Happens on Downgrade
- If your current usage exceeds the new plan's limits (e.g., you have 5 projects but are downgrading to Starter with 2), you'll need to reduce usage before the downgrade takes effect.
- Log retention changes immediately — if you had 30-day retention and downgrade to 15 days, logs older than 15 days are deleted.
- Members beyond the new limit will need to be removed.
Pro-Rated Billing
Upgrades are pro-rated — you pay the difference for the remaining days in your billing cycle. Downgrades are not refunded; the current plan runs until the end of the cycle.
