Upgrading or Downgrading Your Plan

Change your plan to match your current needs.

Upgrading

  1. Navigate to Billing in the sidebar.
  2. Review the plan comparison.
  3. Click the plan you want to upgrade to.
  4. Confirm payment details.
  5. The upgrade takes effect immediately — your new limits are available right away.

Downgrading

  1. Navigate to Billing.
  2. Select a lower plan.
  3. The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

What Happens on Downgrade

  • If your current usage exceeds the new plan's limits (e.g., you have 5 projects but are downgrading to Starter with 2), you'll need to reduce usage before the downgrade takes effect.
  • Log retention changes immediately — if you had 30-day retention and downgrade to 15 days, logs older than 15 days are deleted.
  • Members beyond the new limit will need to be removed.

Pro-Rated Billing

Upgrades are pro-rated — you pay the difference for the remaining days in your billing cycle. Downgrades are not refunded; the current plan runs until the end of the cycle.
