Searching and Filtering
At the top of the page, you'll find:
- Search bar — Search by message content. Supports fuzzy/typo-tolerant search.
- Level filter — Filter by log level: Trace, Debug, Info, Warning, Error, Fatal.
- Service filter — Filter by the service that emitted the log.
- Time range — Select a predefined range (1h, 6h, 24h, 7d, 30d) or set custom start/end dates.
- Advanced filters — Expand to filter by environment, source, action, user ID, tag, trace ID, fingerprint, session ID, release, and version.
Saved Searches
Save frequently used filter combinations for quick access. Click the save icon next to the search bar. Saved searches appear as tabs you can switch between.
Log Entries
Each log row shows:
- Timestamp — When the log was created.
- Level badge — Color-coded severity (green for info, amber for warning, red for error/fatal).
- Service — Which service emitted the log.
- Message — The log message content.
- Environment — Production, staging, etc.
- Release version — Which release this log belongs to.
Click any log row to open the Log Detail Panel on the right side, which shows the full log entry with all metadata, tags, request context, and any annotations.
Annotations
You can add annotations (comments) to any log entry from the detail panel. This is useful for leaving notes for your team — for example, "This error was caused by PR #432" or "Investigating with the backend team."
Bulk Actions
Select multiple logs using the checkboxes to perform bulk actions such as changing status or exporting.
AI Insights Bar
The AI insights bar at the top surfaces automatic observations about your logs — patterns, anomalies, and suggestions. This updates based on your current filters.
